Enhancing staff skills

At the opening of the scholastic year, a capacity building training course took place targeting the school staff. The main purpose is to enhance the staff skills and revise some concepts and tools of how to deal with the children, how to explore their needs and how to correct their behaviors. The workshop has been run and presented by an external specialist whose children were admitted recently to Hope School. At the end of the workshop, the school made an agreement with the specialist

to make more workshops on a regular basis, addressing various pedagogical-related issues.
